As a Italian-speaking Customer Success Specialist, you'll work directly with customers to ensure they get the most value out of our products and services. You’ll manage customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, resolve issues, and collaborate with global teams to drive success. Please note that although this is a remote position, the work must be performed within Hungary!
Requirements
Key Tasks and Responsibilities :
- Understand and drive customer success goals
- Monitor customer performance and uncover opportunities for growth
- Assist with billing, administration, and customer inquiries
- Collaborate globally with internal teams to ensure seamless service
- Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information about the products, services and solutions to customers while maintaining effective communications by adjusting to the pace and technical level of the customer.
Working hours :
Permanent employment contractFull-time (40 hours / week) or part-time options availableWorking hours : Monday to Friday, between 9 : 00 AM and 6 : 00 PMWhat we expect from you :
Technical skills :
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office productsExcellent understanding of Customer Success and / or Account / RelationshipPrevious experience working with SAP, Salesforce and Gainsight or similar CRM platform are an advantageBehavior :

A High school diploma or equivalent, College level preferredPrevious experience in BPO and Customer Success or Account Management role Customer Service and / or account managementHave a proven track record demonstrating the skills and qualities outlined in this documentLanguages :
