  • Folyamatos koordináció és kapcsolattartás az üzleti és támogató területekkel : információk begyűjtése, összehangolása, jóváhagyások, határidők menedzselése.
  • Részvétel szakmai rendezvények szervezésében : meghívók, prezentációk előkészítése, regisztrációk kezelése, rendezvény lebonyolításának támogatása.
  • Prezetntációs és kreatív anyagok tervezése, előkészítése (pl. csapatbemutatók, ajánlatok, szolgáltatás leírások)
  • Corss-functional ajánlatok összefogása alkalmanként
  • Az üzleti terület által kommunikálni kívánt tartalmak kapcsán (pl. új szolgáltatás bevezetésékor) : online és offline információs anyagok előkészítése.
