We are looking for you to join our team at our Budapest, Hungary location as a

Project and Maintenance Coordinator (m / f / d)

Your Responsibilities :

You will actively participate in, support, and coordinate operational inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks at the fuel storage site

You will plan, organize, and coordinate with internal teams and external contractors, oversee site maintenance activities, and supervise regulatory inspections

You will participate in the preparation, planning, execution, and follow-up of refurbishment and investment projects

You will assist in the preparation and evaluation of feasibility studies, designs for approval, and construction plans

You will oversee permitting processes and liaise with authorities

You will develop the local maintenance strategy and contribute to related budget planning

You will implement and manage the internal maintenance system and update asset databases

You will analyze inspection, repair, and maintenance costs

You will work closely with designated contacts at the German parent company (project coordination, maintenance management)

You will use internal company maintenance and project management systems

Your Requirements :

You have an engineering degree with at least 5 years of experience in a relevant field (maintenance, facility management, project management)

You are willing to work on-site and have strong process organization and team management skills

You possess excellent communication skills and are confident in English

Experience in the oil industry, proficiency in German, and practical experience in maintenance would be an advantage
