What you’ll do

Key accountabilities and decision ownership :

• Sources and selects professionals, key players, middle managers.
• Uses a variety of selection techniques, including tests and assessment centers.
• Participates in the development of creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
• Develops a pipeline of key talent potentially available internally for immediate succession.
• Holds interview technics training to line managers and evaluates their level of use of interviewing techniques.
• Prepares ad-hoc and frequent reporting based on business / HR needs.
• Ensures all resourcing policies and processes are up to date.
• Works with minimal supervision.
• Provides professional guidance to more junior staff.
