Job Purpose
The Junior Recruitment Coordinator supports efficient and data-informed hiring processes for the Hungarian organization. The role focuses on sourcing candidates, managing the internal applicant database, coordinating interviews, and supporting recruitment campaigns and events. It plays a key part in ensuring smooth candidate experiences, timely communication, and consistent recruitment operations—all contributing to faster, smarter hiring decisions aligned with business needs.
Responsibilities
Sourcing & Job Posting
- Publish job openings across internal and external platforms.
- Use creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract talent.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and support passive candidate outreach.
Candidate Coordination
Conduct prescreening and assess candidates based on job criteria.Manage scheduling and communication throughout the interview process.Support internal mobility and referral programs.Database & Admin
Maintain the internal applicant database and ensure candidate tracker are up to date.Handle shared inboxes and ensure timely follow-up with candidates.Prepare and update job descriptions and offer documents.Reporting & Market Insight
Track recruitment activities and compile reports to support data-based decisions.Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to provide sourcing and market insights.Collaboration & Events
Join recruitment planning meetings to align with hiring needs.Support recruiters and hiring managers during peak periods.Participate in recruitment events and career fairsRequirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.0-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).Proficiency in German is highly advantageous.Basic knowledge of recruitment tools, WordPress or job boards is a plusStrong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detailResults-driven approach, ensuring timely and successful outcomesSkilled in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)The benefits of the role in addition to salary
