Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients in the biotechnology sector via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to biotechnological products, services, and technical support.
- Provide product information, facilitate orders, and handle returns and exchanges professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, and industry standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and research teams to ensure customers receive timely and accurate information.
Requirements
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.Familiarity with biotechnology products is a plus.Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Benefits
