Possess the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, coupled with adeptness in engaging in impactful commercial discussions.
What you’ll be doing
The responsibilities of the Technical Design Manager include :
- Lead and oversee complex transitions, transformations, and changes within network infrastructure, including WNB, C2M integration, and other intricate initiatives across Edge Technologies including Cisco / Meraki / HPE LAN / WLAN / SDLAN / DC / ACI
- High number of emergent products with complex solution and customers.
- Accountable for end-to-end technical solution and delivery of solution DCMs to time, cost and quality.
- Take accountability for end-to-end design and adherence to CS&D gold standards and governance.
- Take responsibility for team management, including risk mitigation, career growth, performance management, knowledge sharing, and training on product or service specialisation.
