IT Infrastructure Support Engineer (Microsoft and Linux) Operations team

If you want to

operate and support enterprise grade IT systems

have hands-on experience on various technology areas

support customers, functional business units and software engineers

come to us as our new IT Infrastructure Support Engineer (Microsoft and Linux)

The following CHALLENGES await You :

Provision / operation of customer’s system

Current systems upkeep / care / maintenance / upgrades

Analysis and removal of occurring problems

Constant communication to involved units and partners

Preparing / making presentations for clients and introducing / teaching system functions to colleagues through internal training, if required

JOIN US, if :

You have higher degree on relevant field (IT / Telecommunications)

You have minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience – Must have!

You have  knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server systems and Linux systems knowledge

You have knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server database systems

Oracle Database and Application Servers are advantages

You have application containerization expertize

You have good understanding in high availability solutions, IP networking, virtualization, storage and backup systems, server hardware

You are willing to provide 24 / 7 standby support (max 1 week / month, but not general)

You would like to use your excellent English on a daily basis
