Feladataid lesznek :
- Beérkező ügyféligények feldolgozása és kezelése a vállalati rendszerekben (SAP).
- Ajánlatok készítése és továbbítása az ügyfelek részére.
- Megrendelések rögzítése és nyomon követése a rendszerben a pontos teljesítés érdekében.
- Ügyfelekkel történő egyeztetés a termékek specifikációiról és egyéb technikai részletekről.
- Kapcsolattartás belső részlegekkel (pl. raktár, logisztika, pénzügy) a gördülékeny rendelésfeldolgozás érdekében.
- Reklamációk és módosítási igények kezelése, adminisztráció biztosítása.
- Outside sales csapat munkájának aktív támogatása, adminisztratív háttér biztosítása
Partnerünk egy nemzetközi háttérrel rendelkező kereskedelmi vállalat, amely a gépgyártás és a berendezésipar vezető szereplőit látja el villamosipari komponensekkel (pl. kábelek, csatlakozók, konfekcionált termékek). A magyarországi értékesítő csapat bővülése céljából keresünk részükre Sales support specialist munkakörbe új kollégát, budaörsi lokációval.
