What You’ll Do

As a Recruiter, you'll manage end-to-end hiring processes, delivering exceptional candidate experiences while building a strong talent pipeline across industries.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks

Screen and interview applicants, evaluating skills, experience, and cultural fit

Guide candidates through the recruitment process, from interview prep to feedback

Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates

Stay updated on recruitment trends and share insights with the team

Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding

What You Bring

Proven experience in RPO recruitment or talent acquisition

Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) / Italian is a nice to have

Proficiency in sourcing tools and recruitment platforms

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to work independently and in teams
