In this role, you'll be the go-to contact for the clients' dealers and service partners across Europe.
You will :
- Provide expert technical support to dealers and service partners via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, track spare parts, and manage the logistics of exceptional shipments.
- Manage cases from initial contact to resolution, ensuring all issues are resolved.
- Collaborate with internal teams (including warranty, logistics, and finance).
- Assist in translating training materials and delivering both remote and on-site training sessions for partners.
- Support reporting efforts, data reconciliation, and periodic financial settlements.
- Uphold the highest standards of compliance, data security, and customer satisfaction.
