Job description

InAnyLanguage (IAL) , sister company of the 1-StopAsia Group , is expanding its operations in Central Europe and looking for an experienced, motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team in Budapest .

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Hungarian and English , have at least 3 years of B2B sales experience , and be passionate about building long-term client relationships. Experience in the translation or localization industry will be considered a strong plus.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify, research, and acquire new business opportunities within Hungary.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Present IAL’s language and localization solutions to potential customers, both in person and online.
  • Attend and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.
  • Conduct client visits and follow-up meetings to strengthen partnerships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Project Management, Vendor Management, Marketing, Finance) to ensure smooth delivery and communication.
  • Prepare and organize client-related documentation (contracts, NDAs, pricing, and reports).
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale follow-up.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales (experience in translation / localization is a plus).
  • Fluency in Hungarian and English (written and spoken).
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
  • Experience working in an international or multilingual environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation systems.
  • Knowledge of translation, localization, or related services.
