Job description

Európában piacvezető, dinamikusan fejlődő, gyártással és értékesítéssel foglalkozó multinacionális partnerünk részére keresünk HR Generalista munkatársat.

Feladatok :

Toborzási és kiválasztási folyamat teljeskörű menedzselése
Álláshirdetések szerkesztése és feladása
Kapcsolattartás a munkaerőkölcsönző cégekkel
Belső kommunikációs megjelenések szerkesztése
Külső kommunikációs csatornák kezelése (social media)
Vállalati rendezvények, események, kitelepülések szervezése, lebonyolítása
Kimutatások, riportok készítése

Elvárások :

Felsősokú szakirányú végzettség

Minimum 1-2 éves releváns szakmai tapasztalat

Kommunikációs szintű angol nyelvtudás

Megbízható, felhasználó szintű MS Office ismeretek

Rugalmasság, problémamegoldó képesség

Proaktivitás, kreativitás

Kiváló kommunikációs és problémamegoldó készség

Social media felületek szerkesztésében való jártasság

Grafikus programok (Canva) ismerete
