Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to our Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide timely solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and updates to provide the most relevant information to clients.
- Offer proactive support and advice to enhance the user experience.
Requirements
