As an Italian Speaking Support Agent, you will be responsible for assisting our Italian-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries related to shipments, logistics services, and tracking details.
- Resolve issues and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system for tracking and follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences, addressing complex issues as needed.
- Stay informed about company policies, logistics industry trends, and service updates to provide accurate guidance to clients.
Requirements
