Partnerünk részére keresünk tapasztalattal rendelkező szakembert bővülés miatt a következő pozícióba :

HR generalista

Feladatok

Toborzásban való aktív részvétel szellemi és fizikai pozíciókra egyaránt;
Új belépőkkel, kilépőkkel kapcsolatos munkaügyi feladatok;
Beléptető rendszer / időadatok kezelése, korrekciózása;
Bérszámfejtés előkészítése;
Adatszolgáltatások, kimutatások és statisztikák készítése;
Munkáltatói és egyéb igazolások kiállítása;

Napi kapcsolattartás és reklamációkezelés a dolgozókkal.

Elvárások

Gyártó, vagy termelő cégnél hasonló területen szerzett releváns szakmai tapasztalat;

Naprakész munkajogi ismeretek;

Bérszámfejtés előkészítésében szerzett tapasztalat;

Kommunikációs szintű aktív angol nyelvtudás (írásban, szóban);

Felsőfokú végzettség;

MS Office felhasználói szintű ismeret;

Jogosítvány;

Határozott, magabiztos fellépés;

Kitűnő problémamegoldó és szervezési képesség;

Pontos, precíz munkavégzés;

Dinamikus, vidám személyiség.
