Job descriptionAlignment with suppliers and internal stakeholders for coordination purposes Coordination of marketing tasks such as collecting demands from SBU marketers, as well as Affiliate Marketing Conducting operational marketing support (ordering marketing gifts, maintaining CRM, maintaining Celum, and other databases) Administrative support for entire Business Marketing team Fulfilling CRM-related tasks such as entering leads, creating campaigns and upload lead generating content on the website Marketing Lead Management Tasks in Salesforce such as entering marketing leads, creating campaigns, and uploading lead generating content on Maintaining editorial plans for social media, newsletters, events, media work Coordination efforts for Business relevant marketing projects Maintaining internal communication platforms (SharePoint, etc.) Support in maintaining the systems for digital events such as webinars or other digital events Responsible for the communication in MS Teams News Cards
