As a Junior Customer Success Specialist & Office Assistant, you will assist our team in their everyday tasks and conduct sales operations activities.
- Communicate with customers via email and phone
- Solve customer problems related to the publication of ads
- Collect feedback from customers through surveys
- Propose optimizations for published advertisements
- Conduct training for customers on using our portal
- Build personal experiences for our customers
- Research customer satisfaction levels
- Coordinate office-related tasks
