Feladatok :

Ügyfelek támogatása telefonon, e-mailen és chaten

Technikai problémák azonosítása és kezelése

Szerződések, számlázás és account menedzsment (success specialist)

Minőségbiztosítás, képzések és csapatvezetés (senior pozíciókban)

Requirements

Folyékony nyelvtudás a megjelölt nyelven (írásban és szóban egyaránt) ÉS angolul

Kommunikációképes angol nyelvtudás (céges belső kommunikáció és tréningek miatt)

Jó kommunikációs készségek , ügyfélorientált hozzáállás

Rugalmasság és problémamegoldó képesség

Alapvető számítógépes ismeretek, új rendszerek gyors elsajátítása

Nyitottság csapatmunkára, nemzetközi környezetben való munkavégzésre

Előnyt jelent :

Ügyfélszolgálati vagy technikai támogatói tapasztalat

Érdeklődés IT / technológia iránt

Call center / multinacionális környezetben szerzett tapasztalat
