Our partner is one of the biggest firm of the Hungarian construction industry. Conducting detailed analysis of project specifications and drawings to accurately estimate costs associated with materials, labor, and equipment. Working cross-functionally with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather comprehensive details for precise estimation. Reviewing bids from subcontractors and vendors for conformity to project requirements and overall budgetary constraints. Implementing best practices in cost estimation and establishing protocols for regular updating and revising of estimates. Presenting, explaining, and justifying project estimates to senior management and relevant stakeholders. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new technologies, and government regulations that could affect project costs.
