Project Cost Estimator
to accomplish discipline cost estimating and contracting negotiation activities during preparation and implementation of construction projects, improve estimating methodologies, create and handle databases.
Place of work : Budapest / Százhalombatta / Tiszaújváros / Algyő
As a Project Cost Estimator you will
- Define CAPEX of required investment material, labor and equipment resources for individual construction projects according to technical scope aligning to its rate of specification
- Visit sites and record information on physical and technical conditions relevant for capital cost estimation, prepare quantity survey
- Contribute in preparation of management discission making materials
- Harmonize different parametric, factor and detailed estimating methods
- Contribute in development of estimating templates, premises, cost-technical and Lesson Learnt database
- Make recommendations for development of estimating templates, premises, cost-technical and Lesson Learnt database
- Analyze and review budget estimates submitted by Contractors / Vendors, actively participate in contracting price negotiations
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports of achievements
- Handle any emerging miscellaneous tasks using professional experience
Requirements
Bsc / Msc degree in Electrical EngineeringAt least 3 years job experience (Fresh grads are welcome too!)Fluent in Hungarian, advanced English in both written and verbalKnowledge of MS Office, MS Project and cost estimating softwares (Terc, ACCE, Cleopatra, etc.)Driving licenseWhat we offer
