Project Cost Estimator

to accomplish discipline cost estimating and contracting negotiation activities during preparation and implementation of construction projects, improve estimating methodologies, create and handle databases.

Place of work : Budapest / Százhalombatta / Tiszaújváros / Algyő

As a Project Cost Estimator you will

• Define CAPEX of required investment material, labor and equipment resources for individual construction projects according to technical scope aligning to its rate of specification
• Visit sites and record information on physical and technical conditions relevant for capital cost estimation, prepare quantity survey
• Contribute in preparation of management discission making materials
• Harmonize different parametric, factor and detailed estimating methods
• Contribute in development of estimating templates, premises, cost-technical and Lesson Learnt database
• Make recommendations for development of estimating templates, premises, cost-technical and Lesson Learnt database
• Analyze and review budget estimates submitted by Contractors / Vendors, actively participate in contracting price negotiations
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports of achievements
• Handle any emerging miscellaneous tasks using professional experience
