Manage end-to-end order processing in internal systems, including customer and supplier orders, bid proposals, invoicing, and master data administration.
Generate and maintain sales forecasts, purchase plans, and KPI reports to support accurate demand and supply planning.
Create and monitor purchase orders in SAP, ensuring alignment with monthly plans and resolving delivery issues with factories and NSCs.
Provide detailed inventory analysis, reallocate stock to optimize efficiency, and track supply chain bottlenecks with corrective actions.
Coordinate and communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders to address technical, pricing, and availability queries.
Facilitate and report on forecast and planning meetings with NSCs, driving alignment on sales and operational targets.
Oversee price management processes, including approvals, customer / supplier setup, and credit limit controls.
Support logistics operations and urgent order handling to secure timely delivery, especially in critical breakdown situations.
