As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead end-to-end hiring processes for both technical and non-technical roles while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization. You’ll take ownership of sourcing strategies, candidate experience, and recruitment performance data, all while supporting broader diversity and inclusion initiatives. Accountabilities :

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles
• Partner with hiring managers to align hiring needs with business goals
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using a mix of traditional and innovative methods
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs
• Analyze recruitment data to improve hiring processes and candidate experience
• Ensure clear, respectful, and engaging communication throughout the candidate journey
• Stay up to date with market trends and act as a brand ambassador for the company
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment practices
