Logistics Sales Lead Main Responsibilities :
Identify potential clients and target opportunities in contract logistics, including warehousing, distribution, and supply chain managementDevelop tailored sales strategies and proposals for clients based on their specific business requirementsNegotiate and close long-term contracts with customers to provide comprehensive logistics solutionsBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retentionServe as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their logistics needs and ensuring that service expectations are met or exceededCollaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of logistics services and efficient operations for clientsResearch industry trends, competitor services, and market conditions to develop targeted sales strategiesConduct detailed needs assessments for each prospect to determine the most suitable logistics solutionKeep up-to-date on advancements in logistics technology and services to maintain a competitive edge in the marketWork closely with the operations team to ensure accurate and effective service delivery for contracted logistics servicesEnsure smooth implementation of new contracts by coordinating with warehousing, transportation, and supply chain teamsTrack and report on sales activities, including lead generation, meetings, proposals, and conversionsProvide regular updates on sales targets, achievements, and market feedback to managementMaintain accurate records of all client interactions, contracts, and business development activitiesLogistics Sales Lead Ideal Candidate :
At least 3 years of sales experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management solutionBusiness level fluency in English as well as Cantonese or JapaneseStrong understanding of contract logistics, including warehousing, distribution, inventory management, and supply chain solutionsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to develop tailored sales proposals and solutions for complex logistics requirementsProficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong relationship-building and account management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
