About the role
Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for selling Sensitech's integrated information management systems and temperature-monitoring devices, providing customized in-transit solutions for environmentally sensitive products.

Requirements
- A BS or BA degree with 3 years previous sales experience.
- Experience in working with Food / C&I manufacturing, quality, logistics, supply chain strongly preferred.
- Experience in selling software, or services.
- Must have the ability to develop a strategic plan for the defined territory and the tactical action skills to exceed the financial goals of the territory.
- Perform effective online demos and web-presentations to prospects.
- Strong phone presence and experience supporting customers remotely.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Fluent in English is must have, French is strong advantage. Knowledge of any other European language is a plus.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Responsible for overall account management and growth of existing accounts assigned to the inside sales territory.Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails ensuring a healthy pipeline.Responsible for general market research of accounts to identify key players and generate interest.Close sales and achieve quarterly / annual quotas maintaining existing customers and finding new ones.Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and requirements and collaborate with our cross-functional teams to deliver a solution.Responsible for obtaining market knowledge and research of past accounts that have not reordered.Other tasks may be assigned and required.An estimated 15% of travel may be required.Attendance at required trade shows.Our commitment to you
