- Has 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment ๐ง

- Is confident using LinkedIn and social media ๐ฑ
- Loves working independently but also thrives in a team ๐ช
- Is fluent in English (bonus points for a second language!) ๐
- Has experience with ATS tools like Teamtailor ๐ป
- Can commit at least 20 hours per week โฐ
