Data Integration and Migration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled developer to enhance and optimize Product Information Management (PIM) solutions within a complex business landscape. You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and continuously improving a blueprint PIM solution , ensuring it meets evolving business needs. You'll work agile , collaborating with stakeholders across various business units, including product management, third-party vendors, and integration partners .

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and configure PIM (Product Information Management) solutions.
• Create custom modules, workflows, and data models to support product data needs.
• Plan and manage the migration of product data from old systems, spreadsheets, or external sources into the new PIM system.
• Set up and maintain integrations between the PIM system and other downstream systems.
• Develop scripts and tools to clean, map, and standardize product data.
• Check data after migration to ensure it is accurate, complete, and high quality.
• Automate data syncing between the PIM system and other enterprise systems.
• Define and maintain product data standards, taxonomies, hierarchies, and attributes.
• Support Master Data Management (MDM) and follow data governance rules.
• Monitor system performance and optimize it when needed, including managing updates and upgrades.
• Improve the PIM platform so it meets current and future business needs.
• Turn business requests into PIM solutions (data models, rules, workflows, etc.).
• Ensure all solutions match the overall system design.
• Work closely with product teams to understand requirements and solve issues.
• Help support teams and users with day-to-day data needs and improvements.
• Provide second-level support by analyzing and fixing issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, process maps, and training material inputs.
