HR and Recruitment Team Lead

We are currently in search of a highly motivated HR and Recruitment Team Lead to join our esteemed HR department.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage HR and recruitment team, setting goals, providing guidance, and ensuring performance targets are met.

Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles across departments.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.

Train, mentor, and support recruitment team members to help them grow professionally.

Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on hiring progress and team performance.

Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Do Hands on Recruitment for some of the key positions to boost the performance of the team.

Positions is combining leadership and hands on recruitment for the whole HR and recruitment team.

Handling the client communication with clients in more than 30 countries.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment , with a solid track record of successful hires.

At least 2 years of experience in a team lead or managerial position .

Proven experience growing from an individual recruiter into a leadership role.

Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, interview processes, and employer branding.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead and motivate a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English is required.

Experience with ATS, CRM tools, and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
