Our partner is seeking a Spanish speaker Information Security Analyst , which involves applying specialized knowledge to execute processes, develop new techniques, and enhance procedures within a specific area or function. Strong analytical skills are necessary to prioritize, filter, and validate complex and evolving data from various sources. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are essential. The analyst frequently takes on formal and informal leadership role within teams, significantly influencing project outcomes, geographies, or other areas by providing expert advice, guidance, and services. The individual’s performance directly affects the work and success of all teams within the area.

Job description

• Carry out daily governance procedures within Identity and Access Management, specifically focusing on privileged user access.
• Engages in technological projects that support the expansion of governance.
• Produce insights from data results that are tailored to specific requirements / audiences.
• Communicate, present, and narrate the results of insights.
• Determine scope and impact of project risks and issues; raise and resolve issues.
• Offer evaluative judgment by analyzing factual information in complex and unique situations.
• Persuade and influence others through communication and diplomacy skills.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are more than welcome
• Experience in project management is a plus
• Fluency in Spanish and English is a must
• Clear sense of ownership and ability to deal with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Excellent communication skills to present information in a clear and concise manner, with ability to communicate across different audiences.
• Analytics skills are a must, leveraging tools such as Excel.
• Bachelor’s / University degree or equivalent experience
