Service Desk Analyst (German speaker)

Responsibilities :

YOU will be involved in the following tasks

• Answer calls and emails incoming to the Service Desk
• Assist users with issues relating to PC's, Microsoft Office, applications, and network
• Provide basic administration of Access Management, End User Management, accounts, and passwords
• Escalate incidents to the appropriate IT teams
• Follow the monthly shift schedule
• Continuous effort to meet high customer satisfaction
• Own your career : work towards the goals, proactive development from internal and external sources
• Ready to be shifted in on-call during weekends (2 days / month)
• This role requires 2 days / week physical office attendance following Celanese’s current internal workability policy
