This position supports the coordination and delivery of digital services for major global brands. You will work with an Account Manager on daily client communication, task tracking, and workflow execution. The role blends project support, structured operations, and hands-on involvement in community, research, and content-related services.

Responsibilities

• Support daily communication, briefings, feedback cycles, and timeline follow-up.
• Maintain progress on 1–2 key clients and ensure deadlines are met.
• Contribute to core services such as community engagement and research.
• Keep all workflow tools updated and aligned across teams.
• Improve documentation, processes, and internal templates.
• Assist cross-functional tasks and remove blockers to keep work moving.
