The Manager- Procurement Excellence will play a crucial role in procurement analytics, vendor data management, procurement digitalization, and category strategy development. This role emphasizes leveraging data analytics, visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and advanced analytical capabilities to enhance procurement processes, vendor management, and strategic sourcing.​

Your Impact

Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and analytical reports using Tableau and Power BI.

Conduct deep-dive analyses to provide actionable insights into procurement spend supplier performance, and category management.

Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within procurement.

Analyse vendor performance and spend data to support procurement category strategy development.

Partner closely with Procurement, Finance, and IT teams to streamline procurement operations and resolve analytical issues.

Your Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or related field.

Proficiency with data analytics tools including Tableau and Power BI.

Strong analytical skills with proven experience in data-driven decision-making and strategic procurement projects.

Maintain indirect spending in the analytics database

Your Workplace

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions. The office is easily accessible by car and public transport. Restaurants, cafés, and a shopping Centre are also located around the office. You will work with your wonderful AGCO colleagues in Hybrid model from Budapest, Hungary.
