About the role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on analyzing and improving operational processes to drive efficiency, performance, and continuous improvement within the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement Lean methodologies and best practices, monitor KPIs, and contribute to the development of a culture of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze and evaluate existing operational processes to identify areas of improvement and optimization.

Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives, applying Lean methodologies to enhance business operations.

Collaborate with various teams across the organization to implement standard operating procedures and best practices.

Design and deliver training programs to promote and sustain a culture of operational excellence throughout the company.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of process improvements and identify further opportunities for optimization.

Prepare regular reports and present findings to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

Stay informed about industry trends, advancements in operational excellence, and digital transformation to incorporate the latest practices and tools into our operations.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.

0-3 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or project management, preferably in industry or consulting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply data effectively.

Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and MS PowerPoint for presentation creation.

Highly motivated individual with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
