Customer Service and Logistics Specialist (f / m / d)

Your responsibilities :

• Your main responsibility is to provide high-quality customer service (handling incoming orders, processing and managing them through including preparing and sending invoicing), in close cooperation with the sales team and external logistics partners
• Therefore, you manage procurement based on instructions from the sales representatives (including logistics, customs, and other related administrative tasks)
• This includes supporting the sales process and assisting the Sales Manager in daily operations
• You are responsible for receiving and processing customer orders, order confirmation and communication with customers
• Additionally managing procurements, operational contact with suppliers
• Performing related transportation and warehousing tasks (including inbound and outbound logistics), EKÁER administration, and inventory monitoring (in line with FIFO principles)
• Recording all transactions in the internal enterprise system
• Verifying and approving incoming freight and goods invoices
• Supporting task distribution within the team, providing backup when needed
• Actively participating in process optimization initiatives
