Logistics and Transportation Specialist (f / m / d)

Your responsibilities :

• Your main responsibility is managing logistics tasks related to procurement and customer orders in close cooperation with sales representatives and customer service colleagues
• Maintaining communication with logistics service providers
• This includes developing and improving logistics operations and processes
• Requesting, analyzing, and evaluating transport quotes
• Issuing transport orders and tracking their execution
• Carrying out related administrative tasks
• Recording transactions in the internal enterprise system
• Preparing reports and analyses related to logistics activities
• Additionally checking and approving incoming freight invoices
• Supporting task sharing within the team and providing backup as needed
• Actively participating in process optimization initiatives
