IT Application Operations and Project Delivery Associate (f / m / x)

Description

Responsibilities :

IT application owner related activities for local applications where ITAO role is assigned for the employee;

Execute tasks and activities assigned to the team, including but not limited to incident management, installing error fixes, testing and test management, change management, knowledge management of the applications (e.g. : IT integration test of the application releases and organize end user tests with business stakeholders);

Partial deputy of the end user support (EUS) colleague of the local IT team;

Testing of the GIRO Gateway and other Hungary Specific Banking Applications;

Installation of vendor delivered application releases in test and production environment;

Track the tasks requested by partner groups, while also escalating in case of issues for timely completion of requests / tasks;

Understand Hungarian and English language documentations, based on the tasks required to complete, while tracking and completing them.

Requirements :

Minimum Intermediate school, but preferably university degree in Computer Science or IT relevant domain;

Basic experience with Linux RHEL and Windows Server;

Java, Springbot based application setup and / or operation, troubleshooting experience;

Knowledge of devops tools like Jira, BitBucket, TeamCity etc.;

SQL language knowledge and experiences in writing SQL commands, Oracle SQL is preferred;

Basic Networking knowledge / experiences (TCP / IP, DBS, Firewall TCP / UDP / zoning / NAT);

Minimum intermediate English;

Able to work both individually and in team.
