Position features

Main tasks :

Complete management of several IT development projects running in parallel

Develop and implement project plans along the set goals and deadlines

Coordinating and controlling the work of the project team, ensuring compliance with schedules

Close cooperation with the Development Director and other project managers

Active participation in supporting product development processes

What should you bring with you?

Expectations :

• Higher technical education
• Minimum 3 years of experience in leading IT projects with references
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools MS Project, Jira)
• Systemic and project-based mindset
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict management skills, 20+ leadership skills
