Kommunaler Versorgungsverband Baden-Württemberg (KVBW) is a public corporation with the business areas of civil servant pensions, benefits, municipal personnel services and supplementary pensions. Its geographical area of operation covers the state of Baden-Württemberg. The association is headquartered in Karlsruhe with a second office in Stuttgart.
At our office in Karlsruhe, we are looking to fill the following position in the Software Engineering and IT Coordination department at the earliest possible date :
Team leader (m / f / d) 1st level support
Grade A 12 LBesO / pay grade 11 TVöD, reference number : V 612.25
Your main responsibilities :
- Leading a team of 4 people
- Organization and coordination of the activities of the 1st level support team (according to ITIL)
- Assisting with the definition, introduction and further development of service agreements for 1st level support
- Introducing workflows and optimizing business processes
- Communicating departmental concerns to the following support levels
- Creating reports, forecasts, effort estimates and change proposals
- Eliminating faults and errors to a defined extent
- Maintaining and editing the knowledge management and problem database
- Checking and releasing workarounds and solutions for subsequent support levels
- Tracking of tickets
- Intensive communication with all stakeholders of the KVBW support and in the working group of the HSW network
