Job descriptionOngoing studies at least until January 2026 Hungarian Scholarship is a MUST min 25-30 hours per week working availability Strong attention to detail and ability to handle administrative tasks reliably and efficiently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks. Good communication skills in English. Hands-on experience in fleet and mobility operations within an international and evolving environment. Job Description
About the Role :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fleet Services Trainee to support our growing mobility operations. Your role will be instrumental in supporting the daily administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth execution of fleet-related activities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in maintaining accurate and timely fleet documentation by uploading and organizing digital records across systems.
- Help prepare and update regular reports on fleet performance, cost development, and asset status.
- Ensure consistency and data quality across internal records and documentation workflows.
- Monitor and follow up on open tasks related to fleet usage, documentation compliance, and service schedules.
- Support with general communication and coordination between departments to resolve open issues.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the team on ongoing projects, including travel services where applicable.
