As the Global Buyer Trainee within our Procurement Professional Services team, you’ll support the design and execution of the global sourcing strategies in Real Estate & Workplace, Total Talent Management, Corporate services or HR Services.

Main responsibilities :

Collaborate with the Global Lead Buyer(s) or Regional Category Manager(s) to ensure proper strategy design and execution for their respective category
Participate to sourcing processes (RFIs / RFPs) and contract negotiations
Support information management, reporting and provide advanced data analytics
Take part of transversal projects including ESG, SRM and business partnering

Experience :

Ongoing Master studies in business with preferred specialization in purchasing or supply chain preferably last year at the university

Min. 35-hour availability / week

Soft and technical skills :

rigor and autonomy

good interpersonal skills and international exposure

analytical skills and ability to utilize tools / systems accordingly (advanced excel)

first experience in purchasing is a plus.

Languages : Fluent in English mandatory (written and spoken), any other European language or Chinese is a plus.
