As a skilled Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing technical support to our users, ensuring seamless user experiences and delivering exceptional customer service.We are seeking a 2nd level Support Specialist to join our IT Department in Budapest. In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening our Workplace Remote Support in Incident & Problem Management, providing technical support to our users, and ensuring seamless user experiences.
In your new role you will :
- Handle tickets proactively, prioritizing and troubleshooting issues, and conducting follow-up analyses and documentation
- Resolve complex problems as a 2nd level support specialist , communicating with 3rd level support as needed
- Collaborate with 3rd level support to drive continuous service improvement
- Assist with the rollout of clients and applications in various customer environments
- Participate in an individual induction phase to prepare for your new responsibilities, with regular feedback discussions and systematic planning to support your long-term success
