This is your opportunity to lead the full lifecycle of technology transfers – from internal development to commercial manufacturing – by collaborating with top-tier Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) around the world.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technology transfer of finished pharmaceutical products from internal R&D and production to external manufacturing partners.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new CMOs that meet technical, quality, and business requirements.
• Manage commercial discussions and support contract negotiations with partners, in collaboration with legal and procurement teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, quality, supply chain, regulatory) to ensure timely and successful transfers.
• Oversee tech transfer project plans, timelines, and deliverables – ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and internal goals.
• Monitor production startup at CMOs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure product performance meets expectations.
• Represent Egis in technical and operational discussions with external partners.
