An Order to Cash (O2C) role involves overseeing the entire process from receiving customer orders to collecting payments. This critical role ensures a smooth flow of transactions and efficient revenue management. It is essential for maintaining a healthy cash flow and fostering positive customer relationships.

YOUR ACTIVITIES :

O2C Representative Responsibilities

Manage their own customer portfolio.
Ensure proper service levels to customers and Lexmark teams
Perform root-cause analysis and provide solutions within time limits; follow-up to ensure resolution.
Create necessary reports from SAP / Power BI dashboards or Business Objects.

Order to Delivery (O2D) Responsibilities

Monitor customer orders in SAP, including EDI order management.

Support customer master data setup and change requests.

Communicate daily with customers and internal teams regarding product availability, order blocks, shipments, and other requirements.

Maximize customer satisfaction and secure O2D KPIs results.

Invoice to Cash (I2C) Responsibilities

Manage cash collection activities to ensure timely payments.

Monitor, follow up, and communicate daily with customers and internal teams on Invoice to Cash topics such as invoices, disputes, payments, direct debit activities, and factoring.

Analyze AR Delinquency reports, identify root causes for outstanding items, and take actions to achieve I2C KPIs.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS :

Education & Experience

University or college degree

Fluent in English and in Spanish

Strong MS Office knowledge

2+ years of experience in order management, customer service or any related area

Experience with SAP / Power BI / Business Objects or Project Management would be a plus

Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters

Great Communication & interpersonal skills

Has a problem-solving mindset

Ability to learn quickly, and become expert in different system driven tasks and flows
