What you´ll do

Provide operational support for the

European Supply Chain organization located in Budapest

Precise regular administration, finding

ways to improve processes

• Assist in running internal processes

Support and cooperate with

cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, Purchasing, PR, Facility Management

etc.)

Assist in the planning, scheduling, and

coordinating of meetings and events, team integration activites,

trainings

Other duties as assigned by the Head of

Supply Chain organization

Act as intern ambassador in the

organization

Students with ongoing studies (ideally

with min. 1,5 years active student status)

Enthusiastic, dynamic, proactive and

creative, with the will to succeed

Team-player who thinks in terms of

solutions, independent and driven by results

Analytical skills, sense for accuracy,

perfectly able to work in Microsoft Office

Min. 25-30 hours / week with flexibility

and min. weekly 2 office days are required
