Requirements :

• 10+ years of experience in IT sector & SW development projects, 5+ years of experience with implementing ServiceNow solutions
• 3+ years of experience in lead developer or architect roles in ServiceNow projects
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform key capabilities and solutions, in ITSM, HR, CSM and / or MCO
• ServiceNow certifications (minimum requirements : CSA and 2 CIS or CAD certifications). Ideally Certified Technical Architect.
• Experience in interface design and implementation using web services (REST, SOAP, JSON)
• Understanding of service management concepts (ITIL), data models
• Excellent ability to design, assess and implement technical solutions individually and assist the team in implementing phases
• Experience in Agile / Scrum methodology
• Experience with programming languages, databases and scripting e.g., SQL, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, Angular, AngularJS
• Personal qualities : eagerness for self-development, strive for quality, problem solving skills, reliable and thorough personality and a good sense of humor would come in handy working with us, IT geeks
• Ability to work in an international environment with local and international teams
• Long-term commitment and willingness to invest in learning and working with ServiceNow
• Strong oral and written communications skills both English and Hungarian
