WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Responsible for ensuring the availability of infrastructure for the plant
- Responsible for site security
- Responsible for test track management (maintenance, expansion, access control and management, safety, and appropriate use)
- Responsible for energy and environmental management and continuous improvement
- Plan and coordinate site activities in order to ensure the required availability of resources
- First point of contact for infrastructure suppliers
- First point of contact in the coordination of medical, fire, and terror countermeasures
- Cooperation with authorities as mayor, fire brigade, police, army, and the landlord
- Future orientated and strategic planning about continuous improvement of strategic capabilities
- Set up and update an organizational structure to the changing demands, support all related roles and responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate and train personnel as well as develop future skills
- Support and coordination of global plant planning and infrastructures within the framework of the JV production strategy
- Hold responsibility for site budgets, modify these for maximum efficiency
- Structured reporting according to Rheinmetall and Hungarian requirements to the COO
