WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Responsible for ensuring the availability of infrastructure for the plant
• Responsible for site security
• Responsible for test track management (maintenance, expansion, access control and management, safety, and appropriate use)
• Responsible for energy and environmental management and continuous improvement
• Plan and coordinate site activities in order to ensure the required availability of resources
• First point of contact for infrastructure suppliers
• First point of contact in the coordination of medical, fire, and terror countermeasures
• Cooperation with authorities as mayor, fire brigade, police, army, and the landlord
• Future orientated and strategic planning about continuous improvement of strategic capabilities
• Set up and update an organizational structure to the changing demands, support all related roles and responsibilities
• Lead, coordinate and train personnel as well as develop future skills
• Support and coordination of global plant planning and infrastructures within the framework of the JV production strategy
• Hold responsibility for site budgets, modify these for maximum efficiency
• Structured reporting according to Rheinmetall and Hungarian requirements to the COO
