Responsibilities :
- Analyze current marketing processes and implement step by step improvements
- Plan and launch performance campaigns for proxy and scraping products across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, DSPs and niche ad networks
- Scale and optimize traffic by key metrics : CPI, CPL, CPA, LTV and ROI
- Run A / B tests on creatives, landing pages and offers
- Optimize channels based on traffic cost and lead quality
- Manage analytics and reporting in GA4 and BI tools, including full campaign tracking
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on GTM campaigns and growth experiments
- Manage budgets and ensure positive ROI across all campaigns
Requirements
8+ years of experience in performance marketingProven track record with B2B or technical products (proxy, scraping, SaaS)Strong hands-on experience with multiple traffic sources : search, social, media, DSPsSolid understanding of the proxy / scraping domain : lead quality, funnels, audience segmentationPractical experience with GA4, UTM tracking and BI toolsStrong analytical and reporting skillsEnglish C1+Benefits
