We are looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to join our Controllership team. In this role, you will support employee compensation accounting across select TV Media, DTC, Film domestic divisions, and Corporate, while contributing to reporting used for quarterly and annual SEC filings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and book monthly and quarterly compensation-related manual journal entries (. bonuses, commissions, STI plans, 401(k), health insurance, fringe benefits).
• Support the monthly close process, including payroll reviews, departmental reclasses, accruals, prepaid expenses, severance/restructuring accounting, and benefit true-ups.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly balance sheet analyses and reconciliations.
• Support the migration of accounting activities within the Compensation COE.
• Act as a key liaison between Controllership, FP&A, Group Reporting, and divisional teams on compensation and fringe-related topics.
• Drive process improvements and standardization across divisions and regions.
• Lead and guide temporary staff and interns when required.
• Participate in special projects assigned by senior leadership.

What You Bring:

• BSc or MSc degree in Accounting or Finance/Economics.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Strong, up-to-date knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS.
• Proven experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Excellent business English skills, written and spoken.
• Ability to step in and support the line manager in operational matters when needed.
• Strong time and task management skills with the ability to work independently.
• Analytical problem-solver who can design and interpret data-driven solutions.
• Commitment to continuous learning and contributing to a strong team culture.
