Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality player support in both Hungarian and English via email only.
- Assist players with inquiries related to game features, technical issues, and account management.
- Resolve player concerns efficiently to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Accurately document player interactions and feedback to help inform service improvements.
- Collaborate with the development team and community management to relay player insights.
- Stay updated on game developments, features, and best practices in player support.
Requirements
Fluency in Hungarian and English (both oral and written) is required.Prior experience in customer support or player support roles is a plus.In-depth knowledge of gaming culture and familiarity with popular game titles is beneficial.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, focused on delivering excellent customer service.Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide actionable solutions.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple player inquiries effectively.Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with accommodation and relocation support provided.Benefits
